If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or enroll in our services.
These Terms are in addition to and do not replace any terms, conditions, or regulations imposed by the Sharjah Police, traffic authorities, or the UAE government regarding driving license issuance.
2. Description of Services
Al Shaab Driving School provides driving training services in Sharjah, UAE, including but not limited to:
- Opening traffic files at the Sharjah Traffic Department on behalf of students
- Theory test preparation (signal test) classes
- Parking training classes
- Initial road training classes
- Final road training classes
- Test booking and scheduling for theory, parking, and road tests
- Various course packages — Beginner, GCC License Holder, International License Holder, and more
- Informational content on our Website about driving license procedures, fees, test tips, and success stories
The specific services, class counts, and fees depend on the course package you choose and your driving license category.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
To enroll in our driving training courses, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required by UAE traffic law for your vehicle category)
- Hold a valid Emirates ID
- Meet all medical fitness requirements as prescribed by UAE traffic authorities
- Provide all required documents including original Emirates ID, passport copies, and photographs as needed
- Not be under any legal driving ban or restriction in the UAE or any other country
Enrollment is subject to approval by the Sharjah Traffic Department. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment if you do not meet the eligibility criteria or if required documents are incomplete.
4. Fees and Payments
All fees are clearly communicated to you at the time of enrollment and are available on our course fees page. By enrolling, you agree to the following payment terms:
- All fees must be paid in full or according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment
- Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card as available at our office
- Course fees cover training classes, test bookings, and traffic file opening as specified in your chosen package
- Government fees (traffic file opening, test fees, license issuance) are separate and may be subject to change by the authorities without prior notice
- All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and inclusive of applicable taxes
We do not accept online payments through our Website. All payments are processed in person at our driving school office. Our Website does not collect any payment or financial information.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Traffic file opening fees are non-refundable once the file has been opened with the traffic department
- Training class fees may be partially refundable depending on the number of classes already taken, as determined by the school management
- Test booking fees (300 AED per test) are non-refundable once the test has been booked with the traffic department
- Refund requests must be submitted in person at our office with your original receipt and Emirates ID
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14-30 working days
No refunds will be issued for classes that were attended but not completed due to the student's absence, late arrival, or failure to follow school rules. Missed classes without prior cancellation (at least 4 hours notice) will be counted as attended.
6. Class Scheduling and Attendance
- Classes must be scheduled in advance through our office or your assigned instructor
- You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time
- Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in the class being cancelled and counted as attended
- To cancel or reschedule a class, you must notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled time
- Class timings are subject to availability and weather conditions — classes may be rescheduled due to rain, fog, or other adverse conditions
- The school operates Saturday through Thursday — specific timings may vary
7. Student Conduct and Safety
As a student of Al Shaab Driving School, you agree to:
- Follow all traffic laws and safety rules during training sessions
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy
- Not attend classes under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not use mobile phones while driving during training sessions
- Wear seatbelts at all times while in the training vehicle
- Report any health conditions that may affect your ability to drive safely
Any student found violating safety rules, behaving inappropriately, or endangering others may have their training suspended or terminated without a refund.
8. Website Use
By using sharjahdrivinglicense.com, you agree to:
- Use the Website only for lawful purposes related to driving training in Sharjah
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its servers
- Not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Website without written permission
